What

We record video, sound and events like clicking in the spreadsheet (the grid only), and input (when you’re recording only).

The types of events we track are as follows:

• Moving the cell cursor around the spreadsheet with your keyboard or mouse. We cannot see you click a button on the Excel Ribbon, or Google Sheets menu;
• Inputting values or formulas into a spreadsheet cell (that also includes copying, pasting, cutting, etc);
• Adding or deleting a sheet within the workbook/spreadsheet.

What we don’t... (things like)

• Pivot tables
• Tables
• Formatting
• Chart settings (but data underneath, we do)

When

We only track you when you’re recording. Our event trackers are turned off when you’re not recording.

Where

We record video and sound from the camera and microphone that you designated (or your default).

We only record your events within the spreadsheet you have open. We don’t track your input anywhere else (and we can’t).
